Is it safe to travel in Argentina?
YES this is the most asked question.
Like traveling anywhere, you need to be aware of your surroundings and not venture
to areas that have a reputation as being dangerous. The main thing is to not
leave handbags unattended. You will be with your guide at all times.

In the event you need to be hospitalized for any reason we will make sure you
get the best medical attention and will handle any phone calls and make any contacts
you will need. See the travel insurance section

Where exactly is Mendoza?
Mendoza is located in western Argentina, about 250 miles across the Andes from
Santiago, the capital of Chile and 685 miles from Buenos Aires. It’s at
the same latitude as Santa Barbara, California.
How big is Mendoza?
The city has about 120,000 residents in a metro area of a little more than
one million. It’s just big enough to offer all the amenities, such as good
restaurants and shopping, that you’d want—but it’s small and
compact enough for walking, and navigating on your own.
How much free time will we have?
As mentioned above, you’ll have the late afternoon/early evening—when
shops are open—on your own, as well as at least half a day for activities
such as shopping or pursuing other personal interests.
What kind of wines will be included in the meals?
We work with the restaurants where we dine to select a range of high-quality
Argentine wines that complement the food and are included in the tour price.
In addition to Malbec, the region also produces very good Cabernet Sauvignon,
Syrah, Chardonnay and even sparkling wines. Most of the restaurants will have
excellent cellars and if you want to request a special wine or vintage, you may
order this on your own.
Is it easy to make long distance calls?
How about internet?
Long distance calls can be made from any pay phone and your hotel.
Internet service is included with your hotel. The easiest way is using a calling
card that you can purchase in Mendoza.
